In the words of the great Frankie Valli…..Oh What a Night!

This year the team at MJC attended the Accounting Profession’s Night of Nights at the Australian Accounting Awards in Sydney.

Recognising outstanding achievement and excellence in the Accounting profession, it was an honour to be nominated as National Finalists in multiple categories.

The very first award of the evening was a win to SMSF guru Daniel Simmons as the Superannuation Specialist of the Year confirming what we all already know – that Daniel is one of the leading SMSF minds in the country. Congratulations Daniel!

We struck again soon after being announced as winners of The SMSF Firm of the Year. Again, a wonderful recognition for the incredible work of our specialist SMSF team and confirmation of the quality of service offered to our SMSF clients. Congratulations to all of the SMSF team!

Congratulations also to the amazing Amanda Edwards for being nominated as a finalist for Accounting Support Staff of the Year. Whilst missing out on the major prize this time, Amanda will always be a superstar to all of her team mates and her clients.

For me, it was an absolute thrill to see the team receive the accolades that they thoroughly deserve and to be able to share in the celebrations that followed.
