Through this program you will work with a range of clients from emerging businesses, to well known brands and not-for-profit companies. You will be taken through a rigorous training program that gives you hands on experience with real clients, real profits and you will benefit from working directly with our senior managers.

4 Easy Steps To Join Our Graduate Program

Step 1 - Email Us

Email your application including your Cover letter and CV (with a copy of your most recent academic transcript) to: services@mjcpartners.com.au

Step 2 - Aptitude Test

Successful applicants will be invited to complete a 30 minute aptitude test comprising of both verbal and numerical multiple choice questions. This will be complete online via Teams.

Step 3 - Interview

The successful applicants from Step 2 will receive an in-person interview.



Step 4 - Receive Offer

Successful applicants from Step 3 will receive an offer via phone call. If you accept, a formal offer will be sent to you for electronic signing. Unsuccessful candidates will receive an email.
