Amazing review from another satisfied client!!
Study after study has shown that people are far more likely to give negative feedback than positive feedback. So when we received this amazing review from another satisfied client of our SMSF Team, we were so happy that we had to share it with everyone.
“I would just like to thank you all for the exceptional customer service shown by your organisation and its staff.
I was in a desperate situation 2 weeks out from June 30th a couple of years ago with an SMSF which I had started with another accountant. It came to tax time and they wouldn’t give any help on what I needed to prepare, told me I didn’t have to pay tax first year and made a mess of my personal tax which I had to finish!
I rang MJC and was put through to Daniel. I told him that I needed education and accountants that I could talk to. Dan went through estimates of charges for what I needed done up front and without overcharging me, dispelled any fears I had regarding financial advisors. “I love super and you’ll have to stop me talking about it”, was the best pick up line a prospective client could have! Education was just what I needed.
I was then introduced to Felicity, who was just as passionate. I was quite anxious given the time line and the news that I was due to pay tax on the last year, however Felicity managed to educate me perfectly and allowed me to drop in documents personally which helped me to learn what I needed to provide. Emails were responded to on the same or next day and she has an incredible work ethic.
Felicity continues to do my tax and I could not speak more highly of her service. She continues to educate me and it would be hard to find someone more dedicated to her profession.
I explained to Dan that I expected some trouble from my former accountant regarding documents which I was never given access to and he said he would get Courtney to arrange it so I didn’t have to go back there. Courtney arranged a courier and drafted a legal looking letter that was extremely professional and all docs were back in 2 days. She was very helpful by phone and letter and delivered.
Sarah was probably the most enthusiastic receptionist I had ever come across and always the same on the phone or personally. Extremely helpful and the small touch of offering a drink extends the welcome. The sending out of the folder is also a nice touch and very educational.
My apologies for being so long winded but I have worked all over the world and most states of Australia and cannot remember customer service like this. I said to Dan that I felt like I’d joined a cult where there were so many people helping me so regularly!
